Vivienne has over thirty years’ experience in the human services sector having worked at the executive level in child and family and primary health services in both Victoria and New South Wales. This knowledge, passion for social inclusion and strong strategic planning have seen Viv place EV at the forefront of the organisational development required to become a backbone organisation across the community sector.
Viv is generous in her time and enjoys mentoring other community leaders towards good outcomes. With a passion for advocacy, she is an active voice in all levels of government and sectors. Viv believes in the value of fully integrated workforces and has led EV to be a strong example of the economic and social benefits of inclusive workplaces.
