Todd Chapman is the Principal of Leading Edge Management Consulting, an aviation-based consulting practice that works with organisations that require strategic level operational, commercial and leadership development solutions. Leading Edge also provides industry advisory services that supports aviation-related organisations with Board-level insight and guidance.
Todd brings 30 years spent in the aviation industry which includes having worked with or for every major airline in Australia. This includes professional experience within the Fight Operations, Engineering, Airports, Operations, Safety and Cabin Crew departments as well as time spent as a recreational pilot. What is notable about Todd is his deep passion for genuinely connecting with people at every level. This ability to connect combined with a deep understanding of the technical and commercial side of the aviation industry allows clients to drive their desired change and improvement. He also sits on the ITLS Board of Advice.
